Guidewire Agrees $2.1 Billion Acquisition of UK AI Company

Guidewire has agreed to buy hyperexponential for $1.7 billion plus up to $400 million in additional consideration. The acquisition shows how large technology companies are willing to pay significant amounts for specialist AI businesses with strong customers and recurring revenue.
