China Shenhua Agrees to Acquire the Remaining 50% of a Coal-to-Gas Subsidiary for RMB 617.7 Million

On 23 October, China Shenhua Energy approved a cash acquisition of the remaining 50% equity interest in Guoneng Xinjiang Coal-to-Gas for approximately RMB 617.7 million.
