Vinci Compass Agrees to Acquire AustralRe for Approximately US$66.8 Million

On 21 October, Vinci Compass Investments announced an agreement to acquire 100% of Brazilian reinsurer AustralRe for R$336 million, approximately US$66.8 million. The transaction will establish Vinci Permanent Capital Solutions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to approvals; financial institutions and investment managers can explore capital modelling, risk analysis and portfolio analytics, with HPC quotations tailored to the required workload.
