Mongolia and Belarus Sign 20 Cooperation Documents

On 26 October, Mongolia and Belarus announced a cooperation roadmap for 2027–2029 and signed 20 institutional and commercial documents covering trade, agriculture, manufacturing, customs and regional cooperation. Individual agreement values were not disclosed, but public agencies and implementation partners can explore digital administration, programme monitoring and policy analytics; HPC can provide data infrastructure and analytical support, with pricing based on the confirmed project scope.
