Uzbekistan Offers Government Building at Auction for UZS 159.524 Billion

On 22 October, a government office building in Tashkent’s Mirabad district was listed for auction at a starting price of UZS 159.524 billion, with bidding scheduled for 4 November. The property covers 6,502 square metres of buildings on a 0.2847-hectare plot, and the listing requires a deposit of approximately UZS 4.786 billion; the starting price is subject to auction results, while HPC can support public-asset data analysis, procurement monitoring and digital reporting.
