Sri Lanka Launches Rs. 3 Billion HLAB Investment Fund

On 20 October, Hatch, Lankan Angel Network and BOV Capital announced HLAB, a fund targeting Rs. 3 billion for early-stage and growth-stage companies incorporated in Sri Lanka. First Capital Holdings committed Rs. 300 million, representing 10% of the target fund size.
