Lithuania’s Bank of Lithuania Clears Proposed Crypto-Asset Company Stake Acquisition

A regulatory decision announced on 16 October allowed UAB Laicus to acquire a substantial minority stake of more than 20% but less than 30% in crypto-asset service provider Micar assets. The purchase price was not disclosed, so no transaction value can be verified.
